"We had hairs inside our Strawberry Acai, and they need to check the recipes for their drink because it tastes different. To get an oat milk Chai Latte to taste the same as in other Starbucks, I was suggested to put extra pumps even explaining that in other stores tastes more as chai and less like just milk"

My drink was ready they ran my card, and I was on my way not a long time in the Drive-Thru at all. Always a pleasant service when I attend this location. My refresher drink was delicious."
"I have frequented this Starbucks for more than a decade and was pleased with the products and service. Lately, however, the drive-through service is extremely slow. I actually got out of line today after waiting 45 minutes for a coffee drink. I don’t know if they need more staff or what, but the wait times are ridiculous!"
"This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve personally experienced and I’m an adequate Starbucks goer. It’s rare that you go through the drive-thru and don’t have to wait 20 minutes or more. To prevent the long wait, I started using mobile order, but even that time isn’t always accurate. On Saturday morning, I waited 15 minutes past the estimated completion time and the staff stated that my order wasn’t in queue yet and I’d have to wait additional time. I left without my drink. Google reflects a 9:30 closing time, you arrive and the staff state they close at 9. Very poor customer service."
"Went thru the drive thru and received a poorly made chai latte with almond milk. Brought it back because it definitely was not almond milk and disagreed with me with every sip.. walked inside and got another made. Was the right milk this time but still tasted off. Not sure what was going on but im disappointed"
