Apotheos Roastery is a unique cafe, food, and store located at 2871 Cherokee Street Northwest in Kennesaw, Georgia. Our one-of-a-kind coffee roastery and cold brew production facility is dedicated to creating the perfect cup of coffee.
Our proprietary roasting philosophy, developed over decades of experience, ensures that every batch is of the highest quality and consistency. We use a state-of-the-art Diedrich CR35 Semi-Automatic Roaster to guarantee a perfect roast every time.
