"Don't waste your time, they are constantly sold out of everything. Obviously management is not keeping up with what is being used and needs ordering. Staff is also incredibly RUDE - Mary specifically should not be interacting with customers at all. Not only is she lacking in the personality and politeness department but the drink provided is not correct. Again don't waste your time, go across the street to Ellianos, they actually have what is listed on the menu and are a pleasure to deal with. For managements reference my receipt states - CHK 3112 9/8/23 8:35am."
"I give this location a 1 star for bad customer service, which is rare for a Starbucks but it happened. I ordered ribbon crunch and ask to type my number in since this in a Kroger’s and told ok but she never did the screen for me to do . The girl who rung me up seem very distracted and or confused not once did she greet me or ask name and say it’ll be coming up .. went to get my drink and girl who made it didn’t hand me my drink she slide my drink across the counter, which was disrespectful.. normally folks say here’s your drink while handing it to you but nope not this girl .. slide my drink and went back to talk to her other co works.. they need more training"
"i don’t even i think i would give this starbucks a 1 star, i don’t even think i should waste my precious time making this review, this starbucks does not deserve it. they red curly hair worker was the rudest employee i have EVER met. if your are going to work at any food place at least have a LITTLE customer service. it is insane that people can be so rude and mess up your order at the same time. she does not deserve to work again."
