"I know people have bad days so I tried again. After 3 attempts on baconator meals I am done with this Wendy's. One piece of bacon broke in half on all 3. A baconator is supposed to have 6 slices of bacon."

"Stopped by here with my grandkids for an after-school snack....the food was terrible. We ordered from the Biggie Bag menu...fries were stale, the nuggets were cold, and the sandwich meat was old. The manager seemed annoyed while taking our orders. Plus there is a fly issue. Definitely will not return here. In general, Wendy's just isn't the same outstanding quality it was known for when Dave was still with us. Smh."

"I recently went here and this is the potato I was given. I called and asked if I could simply be refunded and the person on the phone then began to question if I was lying and if I purchased t from this location. He then stated they were in a dinner rush and things happen but I couldn’t receive a refund with no receipt."

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!! IT WILL KILL YOU!!! I WAS SERVED UNDERCOOKED POULTER!!! PLEASE SEE THE PICTURE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! I don't know how many bites I took of the undercooked poultry, but I hope I do not die from Salmonella poisoning tonight!!! I will never eat here again. This is such a blatant error that if the restaurant had followed any food safety protocols this meal would have never been served to me. To re-emphasize I was served Raw poultry!!! Poultry must be cooked until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165° and based on my visual observation of what I was served the internal temperature of this chicken fillet was probably served at a temperature of °135, which is under the minimum unacceptable internal temperature for poultry! I am complaining to the Department of Public Health for such an egregious error and food safety! This place cannot remain until something changes!"
