"Let me first start off by saying do not go to the store if you can help it. I Used to go every day, the girls that are running the front are extremely rude. You pay for a $10-$14 drink a day and they laugh in your face when you go back in there for them to get it right. The girls were laughing and joking, saying how I always come in there for them to fix my drink. Well, if you wouldn’t get it wrong all the time, I wouldn’t have to come in there for you to fix it. You don’t talk behind your customers backs first of all, especially to where they can hear you. At my job I run Customer service and that is definitely not how you wanna be treated. I’ll never go back into the store again."

"I only visit this location when I’m in the area and today, as always, the tables had not been wiped off or cleaned. There was trash all over the floor. The trash in the dining area was completely overflowing. There were several if not all of the kids that worked there huddled up near the drive-thru window just standing around and talking. There is no other reason why the trash couldn’t be changed, the floor swept, or the tables cleaned off, except for Pure LAZINESS."

"Let me preface this by saying I NEVER leave a bad review even while having a negative experience, but they got everything wrong today Firstly, I had heard that they are giving out free donuts on Wednesday so I asked the drive-thru employee if this was true and her exact words were, “Yes you get a free donut with every coffee you purchase”. So I ordered a coffee for myself, an Iced Vanilla Signature Latte and another of the Cookie Cold Brew Coffee and asked if we could have free glazed donuts to go along with it and she said of course. Secondly, I get to the window and she says it’s around $13 and I thought that was strange considering we only should have paid for the coffees so I get my receipt and of course, she charged for the donuts. I later learned that it’s a reward program thing and I needed to use the app or something which she absolutely did not mention a single time. She just charged me even though she said they’d be free. Thirdly, my coffee was just an original, not a signature which I clearly asked for. That itself wasn’t a big deal but then I tasted the coffee and there was absolutely no sugar in it and it tasted like old milk, like a terrible aftertaste. Fourthly, our donuts looked and tasted terrible, they must’ve been super old because they were quite literally the worst donuts I’ve ever had, not exaggerating. Picture for reference I will reiterate I never take the time to leave a bad review but this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience from this location specifically and I LOVE Dunkin’ usually. After this time, I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location specifically. I’ll probably just go to Starbucks down the road even though I do not like Starbucks or go out of my way for another Dunkin’."

"My favorite Dunkin. The staff is amazing and we go almost on a daily basis. My kids love it and I’ve never had an issue with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Anytime of day the coffee is good. Forever my favorite place."

"I come here alot and I usually buy like 4 to 6 avocado toast at a time and as always they start handing me the boxes and everytime I ask can I get a bag smdh I shouldn't have to ask for a bag ever !! This morning I ordered 4 and she starts to hand them to me and I said can I get a bag please she said oh we don't have bags to put these in I said can I get a donut bag cause I can't carry these like this so I get 2 white bags that u can only put 2 boxes in so now u have just made it more stuff to carry omg!! Do better u have big donut bags like grocery bags use those and customers shouldn't have to ask for a bag!!!"
