"I first came to try the authentic Cuban bread from La Segunda Central Bakery (Tampa, est. 1915) but have returned again and again because of the great prices, delicious food, wonderful service, and a rewards program with actual, regular rewards. Trevor, Rickie, Ashleigh, Emma, and Jaya always treat me excellently. Daily specials offer discounts on regular menu items."
"I just don’t get why folks make food and then don’t hand it to you until it’s ice cold. Beer is flat. Servers tried but no communication leads to awful food. We waited for over an hr (which is my fault) should have just left and then food was cold as ice"
"Let me tell you about Jaya, she’s the only reason I come to this place and spend thousands of $$ a month. She really makes my experience here phenomenal. She makes drinks like no other. Also her service is amazing. She makes me feel at home here. I will keep coming simply because she’s here. Promote her, make her the owner for all I care. "We ate there yesterday and had a party of four with one who didn’t eat, combined with a party of four with two that didn’t eat. Four out of the five of those who ate, their orders came out incorrect and the last person was served his food 32 minutes after the first person received his food. The service was horrendous. The checks were separated and both charged 20% gratuity because of the parties size. There were no apologies given by the management who was apparently nowhere to be found. This place used to be a staple in our family; however we will never eat there again."
"Food was good. The rice was a little chewy but the grilled shrimp and broccoli were cooked perfect and the Reuben was very good. Our server, Brianna, was very attentive, efficient, and personable. Great service."
