"This office is beyond unprofessional. My first visit back a few months ago was my last. I have decided to write this review today because as if the experience of Dr Vannoy wasn't bad enough. Dealing with the office staff trying to get your medical records, in short would give aspirin a headache. This office has refused to provide medical records to me directly and will only provide them to another doctor. They do not even provide a medical records release form you have to email them just stating that you want them sent to a particular doctor. I find this extremely odd because you typically have to sign a release for any medical records. So in short they will not provide the medical records unless it's another physician. I explained that I do not yet have one and requested them directly and was denied. My experience with Dr Vannoy was definitely not a pleasant experience. When I first arrived at this appointment, it was not even scheduled for what I needed to be seen for. That is completely understandable because accidents happen. When I spoke with the doctor directly at the desk and explained the situation and what I was there for. The doctor seemed very agitated during the conversation. During my intake process I was explaining the issues at hand and I was asked " have you even been diagnosed with it? We will not treat you if not.". When I told them my height and weight the office staff said "you cannot trust your patients." Against my better judgement I proceeded with this appointment. Dr Vannoy is extremely dismissive to ANY issues you present. During my time in the examination room Dr Vannoy told me "my family history does not matter". So after the appointment was completed I left with way more questions than answers to my concerns and still left untreated for my concerns. Considering they bill approximately $600 a visit I should not leave untreated. Before my next follow up I called with concerns of the issue getting worse and requesting help and was told to just go to the hospital if you want treatment because we will not do it. I cancelled the other appointment because this place is not worth the almost $600. I guess this office just likes to charge astronomical amounts so you can have the pleasure of attending a meaningless appointment with the poor attitude from the Dr and staff. So you can leave with the same issues untreated that you came into the appointment with. Please do not waste your time."

"Dr. VanNoy is beyond unprofessional in the manner in which she speaks to you. She speaks down to her patients and it's reprehensible behavior! I reached out yesterday to inquire about medical records that were supposed to been faxed over to a specialist doctor two weeks prior. I assumed I was speaking to the receptionist who is always at the front desk, and had informed me the records were faxed! I realized right away it was Dr. VanNoy and the way she spoke was just beyond unprofessional! She clearly doesn't care about losing patients which is fine, but I will never return as a patient. It's plenty of reputable medical professionals to chose. Customer service and professionalism is a big deal to me."

"Can't say I'd recommend this office to anyone. Went for a simple preventative care checkup. It felt so transactional. I never really got the feeling the doctor was actually hearing what I was saying. Super rushed and just not a great experience overall. Just save yourself the time and go to a legit doctor's office"

"Do NOT go to this doctor if you have any mental health problems, you will not be taken seriously. She also holds meds from her patients to force them into appointments. I thought doctor's like this were just horror stories but here comes some first hand experience. Side note, BMI charts have been proven to be fallible. They do not apply equally to everyone and is just meant as a jumping point to discuss other medical problems. It's not gospel and shouldn't be treated as such. Using outdated measurements and ways of thinking. You might as well grab a leech and hope for the best."
