"I came in on a Saturday night, 1 hr before closing to a nearly empty store. As I gave my order to Hailey, a huge crowd walked in. She was so sweet and helpful. Even as this huge group walked in behind me an hour before closing after a busy day she greeted them with a smile and a hello and a cheerful attitude. That's hard to do at the end of a busy day specialty when you are already halfway to having the place clean. She was just remarkable."
