"Very nice staff and such a lovely atmosphere. The coffee is always good, and I’m always greeted with a smile! Definitely recommend!"
"I waited over 20 minutes for one drink. I asked about the status of my order twice. Once, I asked about my order from an employee who didn’t do anything to expedite the process. The second time I asked, the manager told me that my order was “in the mix somewhere” not to mention I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks location. She finally walked over and made my drink after I inquired about it the second time. Horrible service, would rate a zero star if I could."
"Waited for 45 minutes and watched some guy who was 4 people behind me talk his way into getting them do to his drinks first. I literally just needed 2 hot chocolates and a Danish."
