"We went to the restaurant last night expecting to have a great time and food. Knowing we already went to the unit at Orlando, we didn’t thing that we would have any problem. Unfortunately it didn’t went well. Since we got there the sushi man apparently wasn’t having a good day seeing that he was complaining about the hours every minute. He was asking his coworkers every minute about what time it was and we had a feeling that he didn't want to make the dishes, starting at the poor presentation, nothing special, just lot of food at the plate. The Orlando unit always receive us with a great atmosphere and beautiful dishes presentation, that wasn’t the case at the Jacksonville unit. Server brought water only one time and never came back with more, when I asked for more, she seems like she forgot about that. I really love the tuna there, but it was terrible, especially the consistency that I had the feeling it was standing in there for too long. All the fried stuff was too dark and tasting like an old oil. I’m a sushi chef too in South Carolina, so I know what I’m talking about when I’m talking about sushi. We drove more than 2 hours to get there to experience the most bad experience we had with the kingdom sushi Jacksonville. Felt that I drove all the way there to have this disappointment."
"Loved the hospitality. The vibes were nice and calm. The food was spectacular! The menu was different than most sushi places which I loved. Lot of dessert options. I gave 4 stars because the bathroom was out of tissue and toilet paper although very clean. Would come again for all you can eat!"
"This place was amazing. Our server was absolutely perfect. The food tasted like a little slice of heaven. I like the small sizes so you can try multiple things. All you can eat was $38 and definitely worth it. Request William he’s perfect."
"Exquisite sushi, personally, it was the best of my life. The cocktails are also absolutely fantastic; make sure to get one! The service, decor, and overall atmosphere are absolutely fantastic. The staff are some of the nicest people out there. If you like sushi, make sure to eat here - a truly phenomenal experience! 15/10"
