"VERY rude staff. I’m visiting from out of town & heard this was a good food place especially for sushi. I arrived at 4p when they opened. Waited approx 10 mins to be seated. I was given a table that I did not like. I asked for a different table & was told no. I asked the hostess why I couldn’t have a different seat & she took/snatched the menu out of my hand & stated only this table or that one (which were both tables I didn’t like). I’ll never go back. Maybe she was having a bad day or rough start but it still doesn’t excuse the behavior! The chef stood there & watched!"

"Our cook couldn’t read the multiple orders messed up on 3 people’s orders at our table wasn’t entertaining at all the guy had to go get more food because he mis read the order put our daughters shrimp on a tray as if it was a mistake also did that with a lobster had to go get it again and recook for someone else then I told him she had shrimp he had to apologize, gave very small portions I had also done a to go order for my husband. He got more food to go than we did dining in. Over priced tremendously then our waitress gave herself a big tip which she barely checked on us was not worth the money at all we were going to go for her Birthday but definitely will be going somewhere else."

"We went here a few years ago and it was really great. We live an hour away and it was nice to have quality flavor. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience this time around. I'm not sure exactly why, but I think the cooks are part of the problem, but the flavor of the food is extremely heavy with soy. Also, the upcharges are a little ridiculous. It's like 3$ extra for fried rice, and they charge you 10$ if you sit at the hibachi table and don't order hibachi.... what if you want 4 sushi rolls and the rest of your family is eating hibachi? Do you really have to sit by yourself or pay extra to sit at the hibachi table? Tip is also automatically added...I don't mind this at all, and people who do are the reason why they have to do this in the first place. The place doesn't feel very clean or well maintained, though. Honestly, I could have forgiven everything, but the flavor of the food was lacking and the portions were not fairly distributed. I got a fraction of the veggies that the lady next to me got... and that's never happened... it was extremely noticeable to the point that the lady said something about it. The ginger dressing is atrocious. I don't know what they've changed, but it tastes like ginger mixed with soy sauce and that's it. The sushi was good, though, but I have no reason to go back for hibachi. We'll try a new place."
