"The store is fine, but they don't have enough people staffing it. Had an online pick-up and ended up waiting in line for nearly half an hour. They were using the pick-up lanes for returns and regular purchases. Next time, I will just get delivery."

"It took us a minute or two to find help, which I attribute to my husband's lack of trying, but once we did get help, they were wonderful! We had help in security cameras and the sale associate was very knowledgeable. And then our cashier was so polite and friendly- which after the seeing the line of people, is amazing. They were busy."

"I hate that I have to give this store a 1 Star. First let me say that Caleb was awesome. We were greeted upon walking in which we were happy about initially. The guy asked what we were looking for, we were looking for video games. He pointed us to the direction and also said we have games at the front of the store as well. We proceeded to shop and went to the area in front of the store with the games. Another employee rudely told us that we weren't supposed to be back there. It wouldn't have been an issue if he wasn't rude about it. The employee who told us the games that were up front didn't even speak up. He walked away from the register when it was time to ring us up until Caleb saw us and rang us up. I wish the days of professionalism and good customer service come back. Great Job Caleb."
