"HORRIBLE Bartender/owner was extremely rude to myself, my son, my daughter,and my sister.....the service was ridiculously slow. Maybe he's nice to the " Regulars" but it was our first and LAST time attending his establishment."

"There are some good people working here, who still take pride in their service and atmosphere, and this is what brings people back, and that's the idea, right? Still, there have been some moments when I haven't felt welcome, and for this reason I think there's still room for improvement... The Goat Island has something special going on for just about every night of the week... It's an oasis in a thirsty land... Jackson is a very pleasant town to visit and live in... Keep up the good work!"

"We moved to Jackson a year ago. Just now found this little gem of a place. The vibe was so chill. Great food and drinks. The service was excellent. Our waiter Kevin was awesome."

"Cool vibe and awesome kitsch. We did Karaoke on Thursday with Larry... Good fun. Limited menu especially for veg but what's there is good. Not super cheap... 10 wings for 14$ w/celery but no fries option. Had to get a separate basket which was another 6$."

"This is one cool little bar!! Met up with some friends for "A" beer and wound up staying for hours. Service was on point. Beers were good and cold. The Barnyard fries are great!! If you're ever near the Metropolis of Jackson Georgia I recommend stopping in for a while. Fun little joint."
