"The employees aren't rude that work there, they are just very dry, robot like. The food quality could be better."

"My Family ordered dinner from this Location; it was 56 dollars, so it wasn’t a small order. We wanted sauces, and we told them at the speaker box we wanted 6 Ranch, 1Buffalo, 1 Honey Mustard, and a few Ketchup to ensure we were charged for the amount we wanted. When we got to the window, the employees were rude and obnoxious, making smart comments about how much and the sauces we ordered. We brushed off all the childish remarks about our order and got our bags. We pulled off, and to be funny, the employees put 30-40 ketchup packets on top of all our food, so I checked the bag and still didn’t receive the actual sauces I ASKED for. We turned around and went inside to get the sauce we wanted, and of course, the employees couldn’t hold their tongues before saying another rude comment before we could even get out the door. I should have brought back my 56-dollar order and the 40 ketchups that were so kindly put in my bag and got my hard-earned money back with the service that was given. With this experience, we will NOT be back until you can provide better employees."

"Ordering was quick but had to pull up and wait for food after paying. Burgers were loaded with mustard to the point you were going to get messy eating them and only taste mustard on the double cheese burgers."

"My fiance , my dad and I went on Saturday evening for blizzards. We ordered, waited patiently and was charged "extra" for strawberries and pecans and paid that extra without question. The young lady couldn't figure out what change we were owed and was rude when my fiance told her what it should be. When we got our large blizzards there were only two pieces of strawberry, one tiny piece of banana and a few tiny pieces of pecans. the rest of it was plain vanilla ice cream with absolutely NOTHING mixed in. We kind of overlooked that because as we know nobody is perfect. But being the ice cream junkies that we are we went back another day and ordered the same exact thing and yet again we paid the extra expecting to have extra since we paid for it and what do ya know... again the same nonsense. And on top of it all the server was very rude. Do better DQ because we spend our money there and we as consumers are what keeps these people in jobs. I understand that its hard to find people who care about their jobs but at least put some effort into your job because when someone pays "extra" they at least should get "some"."

"I highly recommend they Stop selling Pretzels!! I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never gotten this!… How can they be Hard and Soggy at the same time?? This particular location I’ve been to Twice and still the same results! So either the food is being handled improperly or the Staff just don’t care!"
