Recently had this issue and had my food made properly and when I went to pick it up I was kindly told by the staff that every sub had a photo taken of it along with notes, as if it’s my fault for the elementary reading level, very professional :)"

Then Proceeded to get visibility upset because I wasn’t ready to order. Went to Dunkin and waited 10 mins for order but much better customer service."
