"i ordered through doordash and we ordered at 1:44 and we got our food at 3:12. we called the place and they said they didnt have our order so we talked to doordash and they said it processed and they accepted it, when we got our food they messed up our order SOOO bad, they put all of my veggies on my friends sandwich and put all of hers on mine. this is terrible service"

"Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I do not ever post negative reviews, as a local business owner I understand staffing is difficult at this time. However, my last 15 trips to this Subway have been a nightmare. I’ve never encountered a single employee who wants to be there. I walked in 10 minutes until close, and the gentleman sitting on a stool counting the register down yells “ma’am all of our bread is stale and I do not recommend any of the loaves we have” … So you’re just counting your drawer down early and all your bread is stale. Do better."

"Floor is always either sticky or dirty. Every time I've placed a pick up order via the app....it is never ready....even after arriving well after the pick up time. And there is usually only one person placing an order in the store. What is the point in placing a pick up order if i still have to stand there and wait for it to be made? It's the closest restaurant to a lot of people, which is the only reason some people keep coming back."

"10/10 do not recommend. i’ve placed a mobile order at this location 3 separate times now. each time i arrive to pick it up, it’s never ready. in fact, they haven’t even looked at the ticket. they never apologize for the sandwich not being made, they hardly even speak to you. their customer service is awful !! each time i’ve ordered online, no one is in the store. they’re just too busy gossiping to each other to notice when the mobile ticket prints."
