Any business that will take your money and not provide a single drop of costumer service is very likely a scam. Their voicemail box is consistently full and no one ever answers their phone. Beware of potential scamming!!"
"I have had experiences here with the management being very efficient. Also, maintanence has been reliable. I have been a tenant with WODA Properties in 3 locations in two states over 10 years. I have been treated with regard the entire time. Like all businesses they encounter issues from time to time, but they have been consistantly professional and considerate since I've been with them.
