"Stayed here for 3 weeks for work, left for a week with the intention of coming back after Christmas, only to be charged almost double the rate for one night extra not part of the weekly rate, and $36.5 they claim is for “dirty” pillowcases. I have been staying in hotels every single day for close to 2 years and have never heard of this, I also have a dog I pay a dog fee for that supposedly covers extra cleaning as needed. They made $36.50, lost a customer staying there indefinitely and earned a bad review for sleazy practices."

"This property is okay. When I arrived, the clerk who was a bit rude, in my opinion. Said I couldn't use a certain set of doors, but there are signs telling me otherwise. I'm not trying to argue or be a Karen. I just said "Okay" and left it at that. The room, however, was very clean and well kept. The bed was nice and comfy, and I had mattress encasements, which is IMPORTANT while you're traveling because of Bed Bugs I think there needs to be some body wash other than "Facial Soap." However, on my last day on a sunday. My spouse and I woke up 30 mins before Breakfast was supposed to end, but when we went into the lobby the front desk person said it was closed at 9, when the sign in our room said it closed at 10AM. The breakfast needs more variety rather than just waffles, cereal, and bread. They need things like Fresh Fruit, eggs, and bacon (if possible), granola bars, or anything more, which would make the breakfast experience better."

"We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The entire hotel, including our room, was clean and updated. The area was quiet. The rooms were better than expected, spacious enough, hot water, mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was nice: waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice. They have a laundry room which was also kept clean. The hotel is really close to several restaurants and shopping. Downtown Clairsville wasnt far away at all. Highly recommend. My only complaint was that the beds were very firm."

"From the pictures and the slow price I was worried about my impending stay but they had an affordable pet fee and I was going to a dog show. However, when I got there I was beyond impressed! Honestly if I had to complain about anything it was that my shower water was maybe a little too hot. The pool was clean and nice. The breakfast was waffles. The room was big, clean, and all entry is from the outside which is awesome when traveling with pets. Honestly this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!"

"This was my husband and my second stay here.. We had a double the first time and a king this time.. let me just say that our room was so impressively clean!! The linens and pillows smelled fresh and clean and everything was dirt and dust free!! The man at the front desk was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and departure also. There is a lovely inground pool that’s also very clean too! They offer a nice breakfast til 9am I do believe in the lobby. The location is so convenient, close to everything..the mall, a movie theater, tons of restaurants, a grocery store..you name it! My only complaint that resulted in 4 stars instead of 5, was the amount of noise and people hanging around outside of the motel day and night..made coming and going from our room mildly unpleasant..overall I highly recommend!"
