"Went around 4:30 am 6/4/23 after a late night event hoping to grab a quick bite to eat, ordered a small personal pan cheese pizza and a burrito. Also got 2 drinks, total should have came to 12-13$. Charles the cashier could absolutely not comprehend the machine and kept giving us wrong totals each time, one time it was way more then the other times. After several minutes of this nonsense we had to get another worker malikai (I guess that's how you spell his name). He also kept giving us different totals, after going back and forth what seemed like forever come to find out they was adding extra items and didn't know how to remove them so they just kept trying to charge us for additional items.. before we left we asked malikai who the other cashier was, he acted like he didnt want to disclose that information and fumbled around for a response. I love sheetz but hire people who know how to work a cash register"

"I hate writing a review over one person but this man has ruined too many meals iv ordered. Everything i order that has extras is always paid for in full yet i only ever get the basics with none of what iv paid. Tonight I worked a 14hr long shift and just wanted a burrito. I ordered and took it home only to discover yet again I got no toppings. So I called and tried to lodge a complaint only for the person on the phone to go to said employee and tell him I was complaining. He clearly said "its not like I could close it if I put the toppings on." I'm livid. Now I understand i can't get a refund for food like this but some respect would have been appreciated."

"Delicious. The Oreo milkshake with salted caramel is probably the best milkshake I’ve had in years. I’ve never eaten at sheets before, the consistency and taste was impeccable. Staff was very fast and clean with their hibachi fast food. Wasn’t greasy. I didn’t even get indigestion after eating! Sheetz food and service probably cured my arthritis. Thank you, Sheetz!"
