"Came in for a pre-show dinner as part of an anniversary celebration. The service and attention to detail was outstanding and it started with a prosecco toast wjen we arrived. Our waitress took time to walk us through the menu and the available smaller pasta options to share and we were able to eat a little of everything without feeling too full before a 3 hour show. Will definitely be back."

"We decided on whim to stop for a drink before a show, but were quickly greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that compelled us to more. The service was top notch from the moment we walked in the door and the staff were incredible. They are knowledgeable, skilled, service oriented while remaining casual. They made us feel very comfortable. We started with cocktails and wine before moving onto dinner. I had the squid ink linguini, and it was phenomenal. It was perfectly balanced, and each component was prepared perfectly. We finished our meal with hot tea and lemon cheesecake. Both were fragrant and delicious. It's a place I'd come back to again and again."

"Food was UNBELIEVABLE!!! The beef ravioli was my favorite amongst the three plates we ordered. ***Expert secret- most of the pastas can be ordered as appetizer size. This size would be plenty for a reasonably hungry person. And the prices were better for this size*** The duck lasagna was perfectly crunchy on top yet the duck was so tender. The squid ink pasta was so flavorful (I would’ve wanted more shrimp)! My drink was light, airy and very tasty. Our server, Stafford, was 10/10 amazing knowledge of the menu. He went to the bar to ask a question I had. He was amazingly patient as we contemplated our choices. I cannot WAIT TO get back this place!!!! It was so good; I’ll tell everyone I know to visit!!!"

"We had a lovely experience at Lyla Lila! We went for a date night and it's a perfect spot for just that. It wasn't busy around the holiday season, surprisingly enough. We were able to walk in without a reservation and got to sit at the cozy cocktail tables. They offer traditional seating, cocktail tables, and bar seating, with all three types allowing for full dine-in service. We loved our waiter, Stafford. He was extremely knowledgeable, light-hearted, and witty! He recommended great wines to go with all the food and offered tastings of all the wines before we committed to the glass. He also had a lot of knowledge about how the food was made and made very good food recommendations. Our order: - Beef carpaccio (all in all tasty and beautiful, I would just recommend to the restaurant to tone down the usage of the mustard seeds as it sometimes dominated and would be bitter, taking away from the beauty of the beef. Dear diner, perhaps scrape off some of the mustard seeds to avoid bitterness) - Cauliflower soup (the most surprising dish; the rock shrimp in the soup is barely cooked, so it comes with a raw crunchiness. You might be caught off guard texture-wise. It is good, but not our favorite dish. Loved the sunchokes in the soup though!) - Smoked Eggplant Pasta (our absolute favorite!! You have to try it! The tomato pomodoro sauce is so classic and fresh, and the pasta itself is smoky, smooth, and just delicious. One of my favorite vegetarian pasta dishes. I would go back just for it!) - Kabocha Squash Pasta (also extremely good! The best pumpkin ravioli I've ever had. It's not overly sweet at all with a lovely buttery sauce. The pasta is made of a whole wheat type of pasta which I really enjoyed texture-wise. I would definitely order this again!) - Salted caramel chocolate gelato (their gelatos are BOMB and are served in a generous glass portion.) - Crispy artichokes (very yummy, I would order again!) - Also absolutely loved and appreciated their tea section, which is found on the dessert menu! The teas are all loose-leaf and are on rotation. I had the seasonal Gingerbread Rooibos and it was very good. The crazy thing is, all the pasta dishes in our pictures are half-sizes... so despite the priceyness of this spot, you can always order the vast majority of the pastas (including the lasagna) in a half "appetizer" portion, which was actually more than enough for us. The portions are generous which I absolutely appreciate. The food is modern and forward-looking. Definitely not your traditional pasta spot. The atmosphere is elegant, sultry, and playful. All in all a great restaurant that we'd come back to, especially for the pastas!"

"Fantastic restaurant serving up delicious pastas. We came here to celebrate a graduation and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The ambiance is cozy and chic and the food is great. The wood fired mushrooms and the eggplant carmelle pasta were my favorite! Highly recommend this place for a special meal!"
