Pediatric Health Center of Conyers

"TLDR; Dr.Chen and Dr.Bigby are wonderful, everything else has gone downhill. I've gone here since I was a baby in 1999, and my 3 children (12mo, 5yo, 6yo)have been going here since birth as well. I haven't had any complaints until the last 5 or so visits, but they have been horrible. Rooms seem worse and worse every visit, they won't answer phone calls, 2 hour waits, rude staff, and overhearing several other people having issues as well,while sitting in the waiting room. We are unfortunately seeking other care, as services have declined severely. The only good side is, Dr.Chen and Dr.Bigby are awesome doctors! We'll be sad to leave their care, hopefully the rest of the office staff will do better."

"Dr. Bigby is great!! She is the best. However the receptionist is unprofessional and rude. I called to reschedule my baby’s appointment and was told that she was doing 2 things at once. How is this my issue. I love my doctor but the front desk is unprofessional. Horrible customer service. She acted like I was bothering her."

"I’ve been taking my son here since he was born in January. Every nurse, doctor, and office staff I have met here is extremely kind and compassionate when treating us. Yesterday, I had to bring my little man up there for the flu, and we didn’t have an appointment. They managed to squeeze us in, and took care of us quickly and kindly "

"If I could give NO stars I would this office gets worse and worse every year. I been going here for about 3 more more years and every time I schedule an appointment and early for the appointment I’m still in the waiting area waiting 40 mins or more after my scheduled time. The women there are so unprofessional and rude. They canceled my kids appointment for not confirming the fifth time they called I confirmed it 4 times missed one call and they canceled it without my knowledge. The nurses don’t know anything they are lazy you never have the same doctor because they always are not there. I really wish they get a whole new staff because all of them, the front office, nurses, and doctors are TERRIBLE at this location. Save yourself the aggravation and find better care like I will. Just a waste of people in an office"

"Please do not take your kids here. They do not care about your kids and very unprofessional. They tell you one thing and then you go to the ER and it’s something seriously wrong! I called to make a follow up appointment because my child had pneumonia and she stated that she didn’t see my child’s name in the system and hung up on me, just rude! I do not recommend this place for kids not one bit. I have been steered wrong and I am on the process of a new pediatrician as of now."
