"Cobb Pediatrics has been the absolute best for my children! We see Dr. Hosch, who is so kind, intelligent, and level-headed. The front office staff are always amazing and helpful, and they’re happy to fit us in any time my children are sick. I love that they offer sick visits on Saturdays, and that their after hours answering service goes to a CHOA nurse. Overall, such a great practice for our family!"

"UPDATE: one day shy of a week after leaving my initial review, Cobb Pediatrics once again showed their true colors. They called to ask me why I had not provided payment on a bill I never got. They told me that due to “new insurance adjustments” I had a bill totaling over $500. It’s been over a year since seeing this practice. What an absolute shame this is how they treat anyone! Cobb pediatrics started off strong for me with my first and only baby. I felt listened to and cared for. After the first few visits the tables turned. Concerns were not addressed, and I felt rushed at each visit, among other odd encounters. We saw Dr. Hosch who came highly recommended. She told me she recommended skim milk for my baby once he stopped nursing. Yikes. They forgot a routine vaccine at an appointment and made me wait even LONGER with a scared baby to go get it. The worst was when he had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and she said it was TEXTBOOK eczema and refused to do anything. I finally had to make an appointment with nurse Deanna Renz and Dr. Forbes to come to a solution that it was in fact an allergic reaction. We were never able to get in for a sick appointment. I was told to take him to the emergency room for a low grade fever because they wouldnt see him. While I do recommend Deanna Renz and Dr. Forbes, it’s hard to recommend the practice as a whole. At one point, instead of being seen in a timely manner for my appointment, I was made to sit inside with my baby answering a questionnaire online about asbestos and lead poisoning because the link they sent before hand did not work. It was such a strange experience. I was so thankful when we changed insurances the next year and I was able to see a new pediatrician. However, we will miss Deanna."

"My children see Dr. Forbes and his lovely assistant Terra. I have three children that have been going here for years and I’ve never had anything less than a great experience. I always feel heard and any questions that I have are always answered clearly (not a-lot of confusing medical terms used) If you have teenagers or a special needs child, then Dr. Forbes and Terra are both great with them."

"We moved to the area when my now 8 year old was two and have been with Dr Forbes since then! We love him and our favorite nurse Tarrah. They are both personal and attentive to our needs. We now have a two year with repeat ear infections and have never had a problem scheduling a same day visit. They stay on time with their appointments and always try to give me all available options for that day. (We have only had one issue trying to get and appointment and I was able to speak to the on call nurse and he made an appointment for us same day). We are happy parents and patients of dr Forbes and will continue to be here as long as the foreseeable future. As a side note I have seen other doctors within the practice. Dr Lebish is one I would never schedule with again. His lack of interaction as a pediatrician was astounding- not to mention he came in a full hazmat suit to assess my 1 year old and refused to touch him during the visit. Probably the most uncomfortable interaction I’ve ever had with a doctor."

"I'm not a fan of the paperless office thing--like they won't accept a single sheet of paper for anything. I get it, it lowers costs by probably a lot, but it can slow down the process and makes you want to go someplace else if you kinda suck with technology. I keep going there even though I now live a half hour away because Dr. Lebish is SO good with my little boy, who doesn't always do well with medical stuff. Also Jennifer is very helpful if you call in because you're losing a fight with the patient portal. She sounded very busy that day too. I see what other reviewers see about the hit or miss staff, but they got some really good people there too."
