"My daughter will not be returning to this facility. Today will be her last day based off the lack of quality care that she was receiving. Yesterday when I picked up my daughter (before we ever left the facility) I realized she had poop smeared on the outside of the front of her clothes. As I inspected further, she had feces smeared all over her abdomen, back, and thighs. When I asked for wipes and expressed concerned Marion stated we don’t wipe their butts. I asked why they wouldn’t let the parents know that our 3 year olds needed to be self sufficient with wiping and she stated she would talk to Ms. Chasity. I left very upset and Marion never once apologized to me. This incident was my final straw. Before the final straw I had noticed and complained to Yolanda about these concerns: - the food was not a balanced diet. Every breakfast for the last three weeks was some type of carb and only a few of those days fruit was offered. - my child stopped coming home with work from her classroom - the procare app was not being updated - teachers who were watching my child when I picked up could not speak on how she was that day. As the teachers stated they were moved around so much they “just had got with her” - her world language teacher no longer came to the school - circle time was not occurring - my child was put into timeout as a punishment on 2 different occasions (one time the teacher stated to me, that she was in timeout for 20min) - no communication ever, from the director or teachers - they also offered discounts for tuition if you would write a 5 star review. So beware the reviews are being purchased. Finally, in all the times I brought up concerns to Yolanda I never left feeling like I was heard and changes were going to occur."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly feel for the workers who look stressed and short staff. When I pick up my nephew, I don’t know what class he is in because they combine older kids with the toddlers. We’ve addressed this to the director and nothing ever gets done, just continuous false promises. Yesterday, I picked up my nephew and the classroom smelled sour and moldy. I expect more from a place like this, especially for the amount we pay. The director seems to care more about how much money they can make, rather than making sure the children are safe and taken care of. Continue to look elsewhere if you care about the wellbeing of your child."

"This is our second time here at BBMA, first with my older son, now with my younger son. It has been a better experience this time. The directors are very welcoming and make sure to greet me when I walk in. My son’s teacher Ms. Chasity is very caring because he struggles to go some mornings. Sometimes I hear him singing songs that I know he has learned there and he loves bringing home his drawings. I would recommend this daycare if anyone is looking for a second home for their child."

"Since the new director came I seen soo much positive change in this building. One of those changes that caught my attention since new director came is a more loving and friendly environment. When I came to tour prior to her arrival I was hesitant of leaving my child there that staff prior was rude and disrespectful. The new management team have been a blessing and is very attentive and respectful."
