"Inside was nice and the venue was great for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Unfortunately had to stand in cold rain to go through security outside and then again to enter the building. Food lines were also very long."

"Beautiful venue but their cafe’ supervisor needs to get organized. We were there for an event as vendors and they ran out of food and never even let us know. They knew number of people attending. We could not get food because there was no outside food allowed. Shame on GAS - id expect excellence."

"Flew in for a concert. The venue was seamless entering and exiting. The seats were comfortable. The sound was good during the concert. They had plenty of bathrooms and food options. The only thing that was long were the lines to get paraphernalia; it seemed like an organized mess. I wanted a T-shirt but kept it moving. There is construction going on but it didn't take away from entering or exiting the venue. I did freak out also as I was going in and there were signs noting clear bags only. I didn't have a clear bag and fortunately this wasn't implemented. They should remove the signs. I had a good time."

"I had an event here and attended for 2 days... lots of people but there was plenty of space, well organized and the facility was prepared for it. AC and staff were great, the concierge area good maybe a bit understaffed and lines were always big over 20 people in line"

"I actually visited the arena, so this review is based on that, but the system won't allow me to change it. The parking is abundant. The parking garage was clean and well lit. I paid for parking beforehand, so I can not speak to the pricing. It was offered at the same time as my ticket, and I knew I would be driving, so I did it then. The parking garage was a quick walk to the arena. The lines were a little disorganized, but I'm not putting that on the arena but on the fans. The staff were friendly and helpful - both outside and inside. The inside of the arena was very clean, and there were lots of signs for directing. Our seats were easy to find, and with how the stage was set up, we had a decent view. The seats at the arena are probably some of the nicest and spacious. Even though we didn't sit during the show, before it started, they were very comfy. I appreciate that they didn't feel cramped or that you were sitting on top of the person next to you. There looked to be some very nice food stalls inside offering more upscale versions of stadium food. The sound was really good, though. I could tell it was a bit louder than it probably needed to be. Overall, I definitely hope to go to more shows here now that I know what to expect."
