"First time with Milan Eye Center. The location of clinic was well identified with the signage outside the door. The clinic is clean and quiet. The restroom was also clean and complete with necessities. The staff are nice and respectful. The Initial check conducted by the staff to check me in was accommodating. Dr. Chaknis was thorough in his checkup. He gave me assurance that my eyes are fine and also gave me something to read regarding floaters after the dilation has passed. I am satisfied with the initial visit."
"My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes. Part of the expense included a prescription eye exam since his sight will have changed after the surgery. He showed up for that appointment and was told they didn't have the equipment to do the appropriate exam: the prism and alternate cover test alternates the cover over both eyes while a prism is placed in front of one eye. This measures the offset (difference) between the two eyes to find the right prism to fix your double vision. This is a huge facility and they don't have the equipment? He now has to find another provider and pay a second time for for this test which was supposed to be included with this surgery. I would not recommend them. Do your research and go somewhere else."
