"Dr.Voswinkel And Duvall are amazing , it’s the witch Andrea who needs to leave . She doesn’t care for patients, rushes you off the phone, her attitude is disgusting. I can’t wait to see the day she leaves the practice."

"Dr. Duvall was really sweet and helpful. She went farther into detail about my questions than any doctor has and explained things in a really easy manner. She was very considerate about me not having health insurance by quoting prices before I even asked and I ended up spending less there than any other doctors while feeling the most taken care of. The receptionist were all really sweet as well. It seems like they all really like working there. I’m usually very anxious at the doctors but I actually enjoyed being there and wasn’t anxious in the slightest!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, and about Dr. Voswinkel, my PCP. I have been under his care for many years, and he has never hurried me through an appointment. He always asks me how I'm doing, and then listens patiently to what I have to say. I live pretty far from this office, but will never go to another doctor, if I can help it. The ladies at the front desk have always been polite, and seem to know what they're doing. The lady in billing is helpful and kind. I don't understand the negative ratings for this doctor's office. It's a mystery to me."

"Stay Away!! This practice cost me $360 because the Dr. decided to leave early. They don’t care about patients. They only care about lining their pockets with insurance $$$. I needed a Nicotine test. I’m a new patient and called in the morning to make sure I could be seen and fill out the paperwork as this was my last opportunity to get the test done for my insurance requirements. I was called 9 minutes before my appointment time to be told I could not have the test done. ***But, if I could make up another excuse as to why I needed to see the doctor, well…then I could see the Dr. And have the test. Aka, if I can find a way to defraud my insurance company then the Dr will see me."

"In 2020 I had a mental break down, I explained it to my Doctor and she just pushed medicine towards me. I felt that how I was as feelings was disregarded .. I explained I need more time off from work, she insisted I take the weekend off and go back. I spoke to her administrator about not being heard, and that my feelings wasn’t validated and that I was depressed and really needing a break.. she told me”we all going through things” in a not so pleasant way.. I never felt so insulated and not heard from someone in supposed to trust with my health and life. I went back to work and have a nervous break down all because she didn’t listen and rushed my appointment. I suffered mentally over these past four months. I would never step foot in the place again in my life. I pray that God truly touch the heart of this doctor and the elderly administrator that made me feel unheard and uncared for."
