"Today I had an endoscopy performed by Dr. Gunturu. Dr. Gunturu had twice told my wife an I that the growth on my espohogus was not cancer but said that a biopsy was taken as a routine precaution. After leaving the hospital and reading my discharge notes I saw that the first impression was stated as "Partially obstructing, likely malignant esophageal tumor was found in the middle third of the esophagus. Biopsy tatooed. I feel decieved and lied to. I am outraged. I will not be continuing to trust Dr. Gunturu with my care for this or anyother condition."

"My husband had an appointment to see PA 16 days ago. They canceled an hour before we were due. I had pre-registered him. So 16 days later we get an appointment and I pre-registered him again 2 times online. When we get there they said they don't accept our insurance since 3 weeks ago. Now they are part of Phoebe and Pheobe accepts our insurance. I just had a mammogram at the same location with same insurance. So what is going on here? Plus PA is pushing procedures that he didn't come in for. I had to push for test he did need. We had used this office before but never again. Results need to go to our family doctor."

"I have only had two appointments and the first time the wait for the doctor was half an hour and the second time I waited for right at an hour after getting put in the exam room. The doctor didn't even acknowledge me waiting for this long and I could here people cutting up and laughing outside the door. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend."

"Go at your own risk. Staff was very unprofessional had me waiting in a room for over an hour while they was laughing and playing at the desk including the doctor. I complained on them to there supervisor and the next thing I know they terminated my service and said my behavior toward the staff. This happened back in December 1, 2022 but they didn't notify me until 2 days of my appointment on April 6, 2023. Now if my service was terminated then and why am I just hearing about it. There was lies put in the notes about me trying to make me look bad but I see it like this God knows the truth and I don't need or trust someone to service me that tell lies. I gave them one star but they deserve a zero."
