"Staff lied to me in an attempt to gather information I didn't provide. They told me HIPAA required I give them this information, which is not true. Either they don't know what HIPAA is, which is alarming, or they know what HIPAA is and decided to exploit the fact that most people aren't familiar with the details of it in an effort to force me to divulge information. This is borderline criminal behavior from a medical service provider."
