"I have gone to this office for a few years now and Dr. Ju is a great doctor. She has amazing bedside manner and I really feel like she cares about the things going on with me at any given time. Everyone in her office is really nice and professional."

"Honestly if you can go to another office do so! I had an appt scheduled for 11/2/23 at 2pm, I drove an hour to get to my appt and when I arrived i was told by the receptionist that all of the doctors were in surgery off site. I called on 10/5/23 to CONFIRM my appt was on 11/2/23. Not once did anyone in the office reach out to let me know they’d be unable to see me at the scheduled time. The team I spoke with claimed that “Carmen” sent me a text advising the appt was cancelled which was a BLATANT LIE, Carmen did not call nor text me! The staff were very unprofessional and lacked empathy when I expressed how long it took me to get there. If you want a professional medical staff avoid this office! Also when I was seen in 2022 the facility was not very clean, this should’ve been my first red flag but I really did like Dr. Johnson. The waiting area has a pleasant smell, however when they bring you to the back of the office the smell is similar to a nursing home that is poorly ran."

"Dr Kathleen Johnson MD is a bitter bully. “Radiant” women’s health was more like Reprimanded and shaming women’s health” She shamed me for my life circumstances and missing one appointment. She also mocked my mental health issues and purposely pushed my ultrasound appointment time as I awaited for an hour to be petty. Also make sure you check your billing because I was charged for services that were not rendered"

"Horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE if you have kids and don’t have a sitter to help you while you cater to yourself. I came in with my active 2 years old who was touching all their pamphlets that were on the table and I kept arranging it back but she kept going back so I let it be and planned on picking it up once we are set to leave. Here comes a one of their staff who has short hair barbed on the side with a HORRIBLE attitude. Talking down a two years old who can’t sit still like she wasn’t once a toddler. In her words “this is ridiculous, this is place of business, ma’am we can’t have this” “pls control your child” . To say this is our first time visit and I brought my mom from a referral. The exam room smelled. Only the Hispanic staff who attended to us seems nice. My mom said the Doc Katherine was nice. Aside that, EVERY OTHER STAFF WHO HAD BLUE ON WAS HORRIBLE. They can’t even greet you when you come in. WE WILL NOT BE BACK . And yes please y’all run."

"I've been here on 3 occasions and am making Dr. Kathleen Johnson my gynecologist from now on. She's done my pap smear and it was quick and it wasn't even uncomfortable. She's attentive and tries her best to find a solution while you're in the office to make the most of your time. I previously went to Eagles Landing and one thing I hated about them is that they always want you to come into the office for the smallest things (like letting you know you have a clean bill of health) without any regard to the fact most people have to pay for office visits with or without insurance. This is not the case with Dr. Johnson, she doesn't make unnecessary appointments and gives you exceptional care. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the wait times could be a little quicker. I usually schedule appointments during my lunch time and leave around some 25 minutes after the hour."
