"2 stars because the optometrist was really kind but I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this office. The rest of staff was terrible. I wasn’t greeted at all upon entering, though I made eye contact with at least 3 people behind the desk. I made the appointment online in which I selected contact exam but the system was apparently down and instead of asking what type of appointment I was there for, they just “assumed” it was for glasses. Was literally being hustled with the price of their frames too, “these are usually $500 but I’ll give them to you for $300” and once I made it clear I wanted contacts she literally didn’t say another word to me. And then I was told 3 different out of pocket cost for what I got done, smh, once I finally did pay it was lower than the 3 I heard prior. Why so much confusion, who knows. It just was a bad experience and I left disappointed because my first time there was so much better."

"Dr. Zutaut is the World's Best Optometrist!!! She is incredibly knowlegeable, kind, understanding and funny! She was able to determine the perfect prescription for my complicated vision, much better than any I've had over the 50 years I've worn glasses. I've seen many optometrist in my life and hands down, she is the absolute best!! Additionally, the staff is great too. Peggy who did all the pretesting also was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I just can't say enough about this practice. And the receptionist was very nice as well."

"Professional, friendly, and experienced staff. I felt like I was really heard when answering questions. They were upfront and honest with what pricing would be and what my insurance did and did not cover, which I greatly appreciated. Recommendations were made about my eye care and contacts but not pushed upon me. I would not buy glasses here as they were expensive even with insurance factored in. The office is a little dated and dark but very clean."

"First time Glasses wearers beware! First quality service. Really good people and Dr's. But I'm very unhappy with the Eyeglass side of the business. First time I went for an eye exam, they pushed me to get glasses, but I passed as they were expensive and I was happy with my $15 reading glasses. Next visit I gave in and got a pair of glasses. About $800 even with my insurance. After a while, I went back as they glasses were heavy and hurt my ears and slipped down my nose, so they adjusted them. Did that again a few months later, then stopped wearing the new glasses as they still hurt. Went back for my annual eye exam, and they asked how the glasses were - told them I don't wear them - too painful. So they adjusted my original glasses again and sold me a new pair (another major chunk of money). The originals still hurt, so I finally gave up on the original glasses and went back and asked if they could just put the lenses in different, lighter frames. HERE is where my ignorance and naïveté got me. Evidently lenses are cut for a specific frame and can't be re-cut or put in different frames. Also, since the glasses were a year old, they can't do anything about a rebate, etc. I told them I was extremely unhappy that they didn't explain my options any of the first two times I brought the glasses back for adjustments. A very painful and expensive lesson for me on glasses. I gave the original pair away to a charity and now use my $15 reading glasses 90% of the time."

"Wildwood is an absolutely fantastic establishment. I use them for myself, my wife, and my kids, for our exams and glasses. Everyone that works there truly appreciates their clients and it shows. They are always very kind and professional. They make the experience as comfortable as possible. I recently brought my 5 year old son to get his biannual eye exam and get new glasses. He was so excited to be able to see better, he hugged Dr. Mardak & Angela. The two of them were so helpful working with my son, and making him feel comfortable, as well as informing me with the information I needed to know. My family will always come to Wildwood. So should you."
