"I will no longer be their patient!! Called in at 9am with BP over 200/95 and extreme shortness of breath. Never happened to me before. Call center said they were going mark msg to Mizrathi as URGENT. No call back after 4 hours. Called again and call center connected me to a nurse who told me to go immediately to ER. I spent 3 days in hospital with congestive heart failure!!!! Oh, and mizrahti DID CALL ME BACK AFTER 5pm!!!! She said she just then had a chance look at her messages!!!! 100% not acceptable."

"The level of service I’m receiving is zero, I’m trying to get a prescription refilled and unable to get clarity on why it’s taking this location to complete a pre authorization. The customer service level non existent."

"I went in with a cough and Mizrahi told me my lungs sounds perfect. Soon after I end up in the hospital having fluid drained from my lungs due to her lack of medical treatment. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Crystal, triage nurse, hands down the nastiest rudest most inconsiderate person we’ve ever spoken to at a doctors office. When following up for the 4th time for a prescription refill for my wife’s vital medications, she only talked over me and repetitively read notes that didn’t answer any questions that were being asked. Prescription was requested for the 3rd/4th time on Monday, 7/3 and she said Doctor Mizrahi replied with a message saying to go to a specialist to get said medication filled. 3 days AFTER the prescription request was received over the phone to a human being at that, Dr Mizrahi writes a message inside their internal system stating they can not fill it. When told we were never notified of this, Crystal nastily (as per her demeanor the entire call, go check it, I know they’re recorded you horrendous employee) said we were already told. When I asked when we were supposedly told and asked via what type of communication she gave no answer besides talking over me to tell me I know you’re frustrated but I’m just going to continue talking over you and repeating the same message I’ve said that didn’t answer your questions already. I will continue more later when I’m not on the phone trying to help my extremely sick wife"

"Emory now has a call center system in place that makes it impossible to talk to anyone actually in the doctor’s office, even in an emergency. Forget trying to make an appointment, ask a question about your care, or follow-up for any reason unless you want to spend 10 years of your life either on hold or being bounced around until you’re told no one can help you. Otherwise, you are forced to write a message in their Portal and wait for someone to get back to you, which could be days later This is ridiculous! I love Dr. Gone and have been a patient for a few years now. However, this cold and distant way of communicating between patient and provider is extremely off putting and shows a lack of care or concern."
