"I just started going to this office for my gp as they had good reviews on my insurance page, the front office was nice and everything was clean and my Dr has been very nice and helpful. The nurses however have been really terrible. my last appointment when i was called back the nurse checking me in didn’t stay in the hallway where i could see them to follow instead i had to look for them-only finding them when i said my name and said i had been called. Then at the end of my appointment i was getting some bloodwork done so i sat on the bench to wait, when my name was called it was by a black nurse with gold braids, she called my name while facing the counter with her back from me. i stood up, said right here and waitfor instruction. she then called my name again irritatedly-i said im right here, she then said ‘well are you going to sit down?’ all while still having her back to me. i was taken aback and sat down hurriedly placing my water bottle on the ground next to the chair, she then put the little desk thing over me and apparently my bottle was in her way of standing so she told me to move it, i was pretty flustered because she kept talking to me without ever once looking at me and her tone was really demeaning so i attempted to scoot it over but i had to get up from the seat to finally actually move it. she was very obviously exasperated with me and continued to speak down and at me, never once did she ever actually speak to me face to face or in a professional way. it was really upsetting and after a doctor appointment where i was already on edge due to the discussions within it made me feel like dirt. After leaving the office i broke down into tears from the treatment, i work in vet med and i can’t imagine ever treating a dog the way that nurse treated me. I’m honestly considering switching GPs because it’s a relatively new relationship and while the doctor is nice and helpful i don’t want to worry about the nurses treating me like an object anytime i need blood drawn or to be directed for my exam."

"The customer service at this office is POOT especially Cathy. She works for a doctors office, but says she's confused when trying to make an appointment. No empathy, eude, rush you on the off the phone. Thos practice needs a new front office and fire family members to survive. I spoke with the office mge Mina and she's been there for 15yrs and stated she aware of the bad reviews. Mina made excuses for poor behavior from her staff. Now I understand why the staff has bad customer service, because it started with the manager Mina."

"Dr. Seok and his office have been my primary care physicians for 18+ years now. I believe he made a great decision when bringing on Dr. Kim, and I have grown to trust her professional opinion. Wait times can be really long, especially for walk-ins, but I believe that's the result of any successful business with a mediocre front desk. But let's be honest, every business can improve their logistics/efficiency. Doctors and nurses are great, the ladies at the front desk, not so much."
