"Dr. Ujin is a very non attach dr.. who to me sees black men as just another number... I've never felt like care was present or attentiveness existed... as a black man I will never support having an Asian dr ever again... potential patients please be aware especially if you are a black man and his nursing staff from my experience isn't that knowledgeable!!! They don't get back to your questions about your physical health issues just overall not a good dr office as a whole!!!"

"HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. This place is very unorganised. On my appointment day they did not take the labs that the doctor ordered and they literally asked me come back another day just because of their mistake. I tried calling them and texting the doctor so many times but nobody answered. And when I came back the other day I was in a rush because I had college but they still made me wait in the line to get my blood work which was supposed to be taken on my appointment day. Blood work wasn’t done properly, I was bleeding excessively and she had to try putting the needle in second time to get my blood. This place is just a mess."

"Everyone at this office is both professional and personable! Dr. Smallwood is my primary, but the entire staff is fantastic! I am a long-standing patient and would highly recommend this office to anyone! You are treated with the utmost integrity and your well-being is definitely their main goal! Love them all!"

"I never leave reviews but thinking back on this experience I feel like I need to. I used to see Dr. Malepati, she WAS fantastic, but never again. I got extremely sick around 5/13/2021, I was also 6 months pregnant at the time so I decided to go to my local urgent care to test for covid. Both the rapid and pcr test came back negative so I felt confident that I didn’t have it. I kept getting worse over the next few days and started to worry about not only myself, but my baby. I called this office because it’s where I normally would go, and they told me no. They offered to have a facetime appointment but I absolutely was not going to do that. The reason they wouldn’t see me is because “they weren’t seeing sick patients” (specifically dr. malepati, according to the person I was speaking to). Isn’t it a doctors job to see and help their sick patients? I had been seeing her for over a year and she was refusing to help me because I was sick... Anyways, I went to a different urgent care and they were able to tell me I had bronchitis and got me the medicine I needed to get better. Thank you to that urgent care! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone, especially if you are actually sick. 8/5/22: *I wrote this about a year ago and was thinking about how upsetting this experience was tonight. Went online and saw that my review went to the wrong place. Hopefully this helps someone make a proper decision*"
