"I do NOT have a doctor because I tend to just deal with my pain but due to my concerns, I made an appointment to this location. Though they normally do not treat what my health issues were, they still assisted me. The receptionist was not only patient, but kind & listened. She also gave me a few tips on how to better manage my health. Dr. Rodriguez listened intensely, truly cared to assist me in the correct manner, & also gave me references to continue my current & future health concerns. With that being said, this entire establishment was clean & quite upbeat…..from the security guard to the pharmacist. All of you made my visit a breeze. I just wish others in the healthcare profession could be as helpful, friendly, understanding, & helpful as those at WellStar in Marietta. Thank you again, truly"

"Everyone was so warm and kind and respectful. They took good care of us. It was so nice to see a doctor at urgent care. Dr. Broyles was calm and kind and did everything we needed very thoroughly We didn't feel rushed through. One of us had an appointment. That may be why we were taken right away. We would definitely go back if needing urgent care."

"I recently went to this urgent care for the first time and was extremely impressed. Nurse Rachel and Dr. Rodriguez went above and beyond my expectations. They were thorough and did a few tests before confirming a diagnosis. Even though they were busy at the time, I never felt like they were rushing or not giving me the best care possible. "The facility is nice and clean, they do have imaging options there. The nurses and doctors were great, they listened well, explained things in an easy to understand manner, and I never felt rushed. However, it gives the option to make an online appointment through Zocdoc and you may as well not bother. One receptionist could see the appointment, but the other who was checking me in couldn't? It wound up being almost a 2 hour wait to be seen, I would have been much better just going in than making the appointment and waiting for that time. I have been able to make appointments at other Wellstar Urgent Care locations before and never had that issue."

"I came into Wellstar Urgent Care with an injury from a fall without an appointment. The check-in process was fast and user friendly. All of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors were friendly, kind, and professional throughout. The wait time was not bad at all, and there was a screen showing the progress of each patient’s processing. The front desk person noticed I had pain in walking and immediately got me a wheelchair when I was called back. The nurse was kind and professional as was the doctor. The exam was thorough so I felt confident in the diagnosis. The doctor explained why he was checking each thing, told me what was going on with my injury, what to expect in the days ahead and how to handle each situation. He emphasized that I should come back if my pain didn’t improve or got worse. The very kind nurse wheeled me out to my car and was considerate of how slow I needed to move and very patient. This whole experience was a bright spot in a difficult situation."
