"This was my first facial. Nicole took the time to sit down with me first and discuss what was best for me. Then she took me into her peaceful treatment room and started the facial. She talked me every step of the way through exactly what she was doing. It was relaxing just laying there and letting her do her thing. She also explained what kind of skin I have, recommendations for skin care, exfoliating, etc. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.
