"This location always has some of most rudest employees I’ve ever met. The girl taking money in the window got my order wrong then charged me for someone else’s order. When I nicely told her that she charged me for the wrong order she said “OH WELL!!” And slammed the window in my face. So I pull up to the next window, explained what happened. Girl shut the window to go tell someone, I hear yelling from the inside of the restaurant, a different girl comes back and says “you paid a little less anyways so just go!” Then window is shut again. If you hate your job so much then leave! Your job is NOT hard as I’ve done it before. Your poor attitude is what’s making it hard. So I was charged for someone else’s order and instead of fixing the problem they gave me an attitude instead."
"Absolutely disgusting. The people were rude and the food was raw and I didn’t notice it until I turned on the light in my car. I’m so disappointed especially since my daughter had already finished her hamburger before I noticed that the hamburgers were not cook all the way. We tried calling, but of course no one answered."
"If your a manager of this establish and your seeing this the kids in the store are the absolute worst. They have no work ethic. They always close the store early by having you sit in the driveway way and ask for your order then tell you they’re not taking any order. Just hire a new staff. ASAP"
"Foods fine. The staff is just kinda rude. Told them they forgot one of our combos. And they told us to pull back around and order. And said “nobody listens” and that’s the reason they messed up our order."
"Everytime i come here there’s an issue with my order. I had to repeat my order 5 times at the drive thru and told them specifically no pickles xtra onions. I get to the window to pay I had to correct them again. It’s my fault for not checking the sandwich before I left but they did the exact opposite of what I had asked. And then I have to repeat myself. I tried calling their phone several times. This location is absolute garbage. The food was very cold. My nuggets were soggy and now I have to take time out my day to go something corrected that should’ve already been established when they took my order. Please do better. Or hire people that are gonna pay attention to the people spending their money. It isn’t my fault that your working at a McDonald’s and if you don’t wanna do your job correctly quit."
