"This McDonald’s has disappointed me time and time again. The staff is slow, lazy, and rude. My order is never correct. I always have to pull forward onto a drive thru parking spot to receive my food. If you come by late at night an hour before they close, the staff ignores you in the drive thru and will not service you. I’m not coming back."
"I don’t know who they expect to eat this. How tasteless of them to make a sandwich like this. When my family and I pulled into the drive through the gentleman who took the order claimed he couldn’t substitute a McFlurry for a drink. McDonald’s does this often and I just think he was too lazy to do it. Poor service poor presentation of food. The. Everyone was laughing like it was funny. I will not be going back to that location"
"Is there a zero? Every time I go here, the service is horrible. The restaurant is filthy, employees obviously do not want to be there since they are so rude. Horrible making up for horrible mistakes and mad when they have to. I only live less than 5 minutes away. This is what I get for $3.69. Not even full, neither one, and ice ships instead of it being mixed. Cars are ALWAYS pulled forward and put in parking spaces. This is NOT the way things are suppose to go. I am calling the district manager today. I've only lived in Snellville for a year now. I always give chances since I was in this job for a few years back in the day so I understand but we NEVER pulled people forward."
"We went to have dinner after the park. Macdonald's staff are known for their laziness. I don't understand why this large international organization would be so unsanitary in America. It is better if you change the toy that you spend on trick-or-treating with something else. The pay and food are not commensurate. However, there is no alternative."
