Sonic Drive-In

"This was byfar the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at this Sonic. We waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. I had been craving the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito for weeks and it was such poor service. The chili cheese hotdog my husband ordered was a complete thrown together mess and the fries tasted horrible."

"This location is horrible. We pull up to the drive-in speaker and it’s drive-thru only. Ok, that’s not the problem. We order 2 pretzels, 3 corn dogs, some French toast sticks, and 2 Route 44 drinks. We tried ordering a sonic blast but they said the ice cream machine is down. It was like 10 pm and they weren’t closing for another hour or so. We got to the window and paid and the girl who took the payment left. We waited for our food and it took a little time but not too long. A guy handed the food out and didn’t say anything. He looked kind of mad. We drove off and ate the food. The corn dogs tasted undercooked but we didn’t think it was a big deal. A few hours later, I ended up with food poisoning from 1 am to the next evening. Not a good way to end the new year. I won’t be coming back to sonic or eating corn dogs for a while. Do better!"

"This place needs to be shut down, not a single person in line. The woman on the speaker got an attitude because I told her one sec (while I figured out what my passenger wanted to eat) took three seconds. Came outside I told her I wasn’t done ordering she smacked her lips rolled her eyes and shut the door behind her. If the workers act like that I can only imagine how clean that place is. Just ended up going a mile down the road to bojangles. This sonic just gets worse and worse every time I go. Not worth it"

"Only two vehicles when I pulled up and I waited about 3 minutes before someone said hold please about 7 minutes later I cranked my care up and the lady finally came back and asked what I wanted. I ordered my food they came out immediately and took my money. When my food finally came our the young man Brought our the wrong change but finally got this fixed. To make this short customer service is a lost art that needs to be revised. I won't eat here again."

"Located off of Hwy. 138 next to the QT. The customer service was good, polite and verified the order several times. No skater, disappointed. Right now they have a peanut butter master shake, strawberry cheesecake shake, chocolate chip cookie sandwiches and banana classic shake. Tots were warm not hot, coke tasted flat, sandwich was hot."
