"Had a bad experience here. I ordered my food on-line and came to pick up my food 20 minutes later. When I got there someone was placing a to go order. The waitress was telling the cook to go ahead and start my on line order . He said - No, I’m going to work start with the order that was just placed. We already behind. I asked her did he just say he was not going to cook my food first. She said yes and that she’d told him that was not right. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 2-3 days to see the refund. This is unacceptable and not good customer service. I will definitely not go back. Poor service and attitude ."
"I paid for my dad’s order . Waited . Waited . Waited . Customers came in , placed an order , and actually got their orders before I did. My dad’s order was sitting on the counter . I’ve waited . Waited . It took forever just to get his order . If the workers paid attention and tend to customers and instead of having a conversation amongst themselves , I’m pretty sure their ratings would’ve been higher. If you don’t mind the long wait and being ignored by the workers then go for it . This is my last time at this establishment."
"Bridget is who took care of us I went to Waffle House at 7:46pm there were only two ther guest in the restaurant. The server was so busy taking care of her own family’s order and drinks rather than attending to all the customers . There were not many mind you !!!!! The worst worst service ever . Took 15 mins to get our drinks"
