"I ordered food on DoorDash I received the wrong order I tried to get help from DoorDash they could not help the. After I called a few times the line has been busy all day. So I just lost 22$ for my breakfast because I don’t eat pork and they sent me a bacon cheeseburger when I paid for a double cheeseburger and tots not chilli cheese tots and French toast and a breakfast toaster I didn’t receive anything I ordered then I am a. Paraplegic so I can’t go up there they need to do better by answering their phone it’s not fair that I’m out of 22$ and still hungry"
"The wait times can be grueling and getting service seems to be a struggle. 3 out of 4 of our order was correct. One of the blast was not mixed and the Reese’s were piled on top of the ice cream. Once our card was taken, we had to request our order status and card back after a 15-20 minute wait. Then our order was out in about 5 minutes. Overall we were here for about 30-45 minutes. The employees/servers were courteous and helpful when we interacted with them."
