"I haven’t been here in several months. On a Saturday evening @ 4:45 1/27/24 and it’s raining . Look at these French fries. They were dry and looks like they have been sitting awhile. Plus most were burnt. I only ate 4 that looked somewhat ok. The rest were horrible. This is why I do not like the drive through window..This particular Chicagila is normally better than this. Ps. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years and seems like the quality of food and service is deteriorating."
"This is the best! Good food, great service and consistently the same food. They are so organized and polite, it's obvious they have good hiring standards and training. Other fast food places could learn a lot from them."
"Really great service. Kathy at the counter took our order, read it back to us, and gave us a table marker and said she'd bring our order to our table, and shortly thereafter she did. Very friendly and courteous service and the food was hot and tasty. Even the coffee was fresh and strong. Spicy chicken breakfast biscuits with potato puffs and beverages for two for just under $20 is a pretty good deal these days. It was pretty busy at breakfast time, but mostly at the drive through. Not many people have the time to sit down and enjoy their meal like we did. So much nicer than eating in the car or while driving. Thanks, Kathy."
"Not really their fault that everyone loves this chain. The lines are always long and I sometimes wish they had a better system for getting you through faster. That being said you can’t bet the service. Everyone is polite and professional. You wouldn’t know that they’re having a bad day because the employees always have a smile on their faces. If I was going to recommend how you should hire employees I would use Chick-fil-A as a model."
"I was here on 5/2/22, and ordered a 3 count chicken strip medium meal. Normally when I go to this location, I never have issues. This particular time though the medium waffle fries had seemed to be missing. After the wait in the drive thru, I just expect better. I'm not going to give the worst rating, as I think they will reach out me and make this right. I love Chic fil A, and one thing I be looking forward to is the waffle fries. They cut me really short."
