"This place is run by a bunch of unprofessional Hispanic kids! I ordered a Number 1 with extra pickles and a sun-joy. I waited 10 min and ended up asking for a refund because it was ridiculous. The 2 cars behind me got their order and the 3 cars next to me got theirs. The whole time the kids who were suppose to be handing out food were joking and playing around (I guess that’s what they get paid to do). They asked me to move up since the cars behind me got their order and to help the line - I refused because I ordered a number 1. I finally asked for a manager who came with my order and it had burnt fries. I said “no thanks” and asked for a refund - I also explained the situation and told her how dare she give me burnt (literal brown) fries after I waited. She didn’t care. I got my refund then called to talk to a manager because I go to Chick Fill A at least 2x a week. That manager didn’t care. I drove 15 min to another Chick Fill A and had better customer service. The wait isn’t the problem if my order is correct and the professionalism is right. Rude - unprofessional kids. This place is NOT what Chick Fill A stands for! This will be my last time coming here."

"This location has the best employees. I was trying to use my birthday reward for a free treat. The QR code from the app was not working for some reason. So Jonathan took out his personal cell phone and paid for my birthday treat!!!! That really made my day. You all need to give him a raise!! He really knows customer service!!"

"Top Tier! You can tell that this place has great structure and attitude. It was very welcoming from the people to the aura in this building, whether you are grabbing on the go or just want to stop in and eat for a lil bit. Food is always hot and fresh! Enjoy it every time. Shout out to Jacob and Chug! And If you guys happen to have Brian help you, treat him well - GREAT people."

"The past couple of times I’ve been here the drive thru takes entirely to long, employees are just standing around or on their phones, zero attention to any customers. And today, I paid for a club and received a piece of grilled chicken on a bun…no cheese, no bacon…nothing. I didn’t notice until I got back to work and didn’t have time to return."

"I picked a mobile order up through the drive-thru and headed home. When I arrived home and opened my food, I noticed there was a bite taken out of the sandwich. I was in complete disgust to the point that I threw up. Additionally, there was melted cheese on it although I did not order cheese on the sandwich. I called the store, and the employee was very rude. When I described the situation to the employee, she acted like she couldn't hear me. It seemed like she acted like she couldn't understand me as if I don't speak English although I am a fluent English speaking American. Finally, she handed the phone to the manager. She was also not much help because she said she couldn't do anything unless I bring the sandwich back to the store. It was a huge inconvenience that I was already home and had to drive all the way back to their store. Once I got to the store, the manager gave me a refund and a replacement sandwich. Additionally, the manager told me she was in complete shock and had no words to resolve this matter. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who frequently orders from Chick-Fil-A and goes to this location weekly, I am very disappointed and sad to experience such unpleasant quality and service."
