"I’ve been coming here for years! The owner is as sweet as pie and the oxtails are the best I’ve had in Ga! Oh and I’m a big oxtail fan so I’m a harsh critic. This is my secret spot"

"Really enjoyed my meal and experience at Lyon’s. Ordered a oxtail dinner plate. Total was $17 and some change. The portion was large and the oxtails were huge. The food was delicious, but i do agree with another reviewer... the cabbage could use a little more seasoning but that’s my only critique. The cashier was super friendly and I was in and out quick. All in all a great experience. Looking forward to going back and trying more. Update: The Covid delayed my second visit but i finally made it back and the food and experience was just as delicious as the first. Glad to have found this gem. I love how sweet the cashier is. Always welcoming and she remembered my last visit. Update AGAIN: I just had to come back again, because every time I come, the food is beetter and better. I previously commented that the cabbage was bland. Not any more! The cabbage is delicious and seasoned. My oxtail plate was amazing! I love this place."

"I come once every 2 weeks (sometimes once a week)! Food is great! Initially I wasn't a fan of the cabbage because it was different from what I was used to. By round 2 I WAS SOLD! Customer service is A-1! The owner remembers me, is personable, and professional! I keep forgetting to take a pic of my food before I dive in bc it's that good! Here's my chicken (what's left), the rest of the plate would be a horrible representation lol."

"Went 3 different times beef patties were good. But went back the 3rd time for The jerk chicken, it did not taste authentic. The sauce taste like spicy barbecue sauce on top of chicken. Customer service was good. But never went back."

"Coming from Miami this is the best, most authentic Jamaican food I’ve had in the city. Huge portions, and the stew chicken and rice had us shaking our heads it was so unbelievably good. The side of cabbage and rice were amazing as well! All for $13 a plate."
