"I've been several times in different waffle house branches and so far I can assure that the branch #1696 is the most tasty and attentive branch ever his manager and whole his staff are nice and friendly always. Last but not least they keep their store so pristine and clean. I personally think this should be the training model store for any current or new waffle house"

"My experience since I walked in the door was great I met a manager Joshua that was working at the counter and he was apologizing because they were changing shifts. I told him it was no problem whatsoever! I think when we go to these places to have others make our food we have to remember that humans make mistakes but kindness goes along way. To be working on thanksgiving is tough for some and gracefully for other but at this location I was more then gratified. I had zero issues with my food here or the cleanliness of the location. In between my waitress “Jennifer” was so sweet since she showed up and I appreciate a good attitude when delivering food. The grill master-flex Gerald made my food right too! I will come back again and I will remember the faces I met today! Ps: No one at this restaurant even asked for the review but I gave it because someone has to give them their credit on thanksgiving!!"

"Friendly atmosphere, smiling waiters and great quality food. It is not a gourmet place and it is not intended to be. However this is the right one to start your busy day with tastefull and cozy breakfast experience, especially if the morning is not your favourite daytime"

"I went to this location with my family shortly before 2pm. The waiter promptly requested our drink order and we gave it. The shift manager (Joshua) then told the waiter that he needed to get pur order immediately because of shift change. We had no more than 20 seconds to even glance at the menu before the staff was demanding we order immediately. Obviously, this was pretty annoying so we decided to leave. On the way out I told the manager that it was rude and poor customer service to try to rush their customers into placing an order. He told that it was shift change and that people had stuff to do and we could eat somewhere else (which we were clearly already doing since we were leaving). I requested the district managers phone number and he told me no. I told him that he needed to give me the number and he threatened to call the police. Seeing as I did nothing wrong, I waited for the police to come and explained what happened. The manager had the police ban me from the location. It was an absolutely absurd experience from start to finish and this team needs some heavy duty retraining to understand how to take care of their customer especially during shift change. Waffle house has been around for decades and it should not require rushing the customer or mistreating them to change crews."
