"Placed an online order. Got charged the full price for everything even though they did not give me what I wanted the most and paid for. Was missing sauces and they were rude and I drove an hour round trip here to get less than half of what I ordered. They told me to refund it in the app, which is not an option. This was the note they left me. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to come back with my item and they refused to give me a replacement unless I paid another $5"
"It always takes forever for someone to take your order and then you have to wait for them to cook it. You're going to be here at least 30 min and that's on a good day when they're "going fast." The drive through has been down as long as the ice cream machine at McDonald's. You're a whole franchise...rich...makes no sense. You're losing customers bc some don't have time to sit and wait an 15-30 min to wait for someone to answer the button call...when there are only like one other customer there. Sonics isn't a bad place but the employees there need to be trained properly and actually try to be a little faster!"
"1/4 of the machines don't work. Drive thru is down. I saw one person doing a great job at bringing the food. Waited a while for the food, but at least it was hot and delicious. I hope you guys get st least the drive thru fix"
"If I could give 0 stars I would… I ordered my food on ubereats. Waited 2 hours for my food.. okay cool no big deal right ? My food gets here and I go to eat they gave me none of what I asked for.. I got the 5 piece chicken tender box with onion rings and tater tots. They gave me one onion ring and 2 tenders.. they gave me none of the rest of my food in my order. I spend $35 and only got refunded $13. I HATE this sonic. Disgusting people work there as well. Every time I come up there they are rude as hell."
