X Wings

"I am actually afraid to order from here because the Hispanic girl who answered the phone has terrible customer service and poor professionalism. When she answers the phone she answers it in Spanish rather than English. When she speaks to people she seems like she's talking to a friend or a random person rather than a customer. She asked "was it for pick up or delivery." I said, "delivery." She says, "can you give me a minute?" and then the phone goes silent. I strongly suggest they fire her and get someone who can actually, give them business rather than run business away. And I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw another customer mentioned her as well. She has absolutely no business working in customer service."

"Went here looking for good wings and other food for my family. Ordered 20 wings, 10 chicken tendwes and fries and some fried rice. Total was $50. My main complaint was the chicken tenders. They were $18 (with fries and a drink) and they were big tenders. But all were over done, almost burnt in the fryer, and some inedible. If I had looked at them before leaving, I would have refused them. I would have expected the cook to reject them and cook a new batch. Also the Styrofoam clamshell they were in melted on the way home. Probably put them in too hot and too many in one container. The wings were ok, not great. The fried rice was ok. Also noticed that the posted food score was an 80, mostly due to proper temperature issues. Won't be going back."

"Tho young ladies customer service was GREAT!!! But the food was not GOOD my wings were dry & way way way too many fries especially with a 6 piece my 1st & last time going there"

"Real good wings. Fast service. Been here many times for take out. Philly cheese steaks are hit or miss. Don't get the noodles or chicken fingers. A lot of folks order the hamburger. I'll have to try that. Overall clean place. Workers all wear a mask. Most customers do as well."

"If you live near Jimmy Carter by Graves Road this is the spot!! I love this place ! It's my favorite wing & Lo mein place to go. We usually always order lemon pepper wings with fried rice and extra hot with shrimp lo mein. Both combs come with drinks!! Lemon pepper in my opinion a little too oily and extra hot is very spicy so watch out!! The reason for the 4 stars is because the ladies there are great but the guy that sometimes picks up the phone doesn't give the best costumer service as you expect especially if you don't know the menu he's no help but over all love it!!!"
