"They really don’t even deserve that star.. my mom and I were on the phone discussing what order to get and I could hear a lady in the back ground very aggressively say WE DONT HAVE NO FRIES, my mom said I thought you guys closed at 11 she said yeah so we are cleaning up now it was 10:11 so “do you want MASH POTATOES GREEN BEANS OR RED BEANS IN RICE??” I told my my mom to leave bc I’m sure the chicken would be cold my mom asked the guy at the window is the chicken old and cold he said yes.. don’t waste your time and energy… poor costumer service!!!"
"Drive-through experience with the rude American lady: “Back to Popeyes” (disinterested tone) “I’ll have a spicy chicken sandwich” “You want a combo?” (disinterested tone) “No” … wait 20 seconds without any instructions… “Hello?? What can I get you at Popeyes?” (Rude tone) “Yeah, a spicy chicken sandwich” (confused) “You want fries and drink with that?” “No” “Pull up” (short, rude tone) I then pull up and make eye contact with the young man at the window. I wait to hear the total. He has to go get someone else. A Hispanic lady comes over: “3 piece?” “No, spicy chicken sandwich” I pay and leave. Sandwich was good though."
"Has been the best, consistent Popeyes ever. I come here a few times a week. Even told coworkers about how efficient this location is. Im not sure what happened tonight, a bunch of teenage boys working, I got an unsweet tea, no biscuit and spicy chicken with my combo. Definitely not what I ordered. I will continue to visit this location but please get staff in order."
"The wait was long, and the restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. But food did come out hot after a 10 minute wait. No condiments were available."
