"Small casual place with excellent food. Well beyond 5 star quality and deserving of its Michelin recommendation. We had the regular hand pulled noodle house seafood soup. The broth was delicately seasoned. Noodles were long chewy and delicious. Vegetables three ways with Tofu skin, bok choy and wood ear myshroom. Soup dumplings and pan fried Shanghai buns were even better a little later as a leftover snack."

"We absolutely adore this restaurant; it totally lives up to the hype. This was our second visit, and every dish we ordered was fantastic. The pork soup dumplings were enormous and incredibly juicy. The hand-pulled pork noodles had such a rich umami flavor—absolutely delicious. The spicy fried chicken was probably the highlight of the menu, perfectly spicy with a tangy kick. The garlic bok choy was also really tasty. Overall, parking in the plaza is ample, the food is exceptional, and the service is speedy. We'll definitely be coming back for more."

"All I can say is it's delicious!! We arrived at 6:30pm and only one table was open. By 7pm, there were about 20 people waiting to be seated. Service is fast and efficient, so diners moved in and out on a regular basis. Highly recommended!!!"

"This is a noodle lovers dream restaurant. They make their noodles fresh and hand pulled, and you can tell the quality when you eat them. Their menu is extensive and a bit overwhelming for the first time (in a good way), but I ordered the beef hand pulled noodle soup as an entree and split the shranghai pan fried pork bun appetizer with my sister. My sister ordered the spicy chicken stir fried knife sliced noodles. The portion sizes are very large, so I had plenty of leftovers to make a second meal. Both of the entrees were ready almost immediately. My soup was flavorful with soft noodles and a yummy broth. I think I would have enjoyed the spicy version with even more, but I was worried it was going to be too spicy so I didn’t order it this time. My sister’s spicy knife sliced noodle stir fry had the perfect about of chili oil spice, and I think I might have actually slightly preferred her dish to mine. However, both were really good. Our appetizer came with five large pan fried pork buns that had a tasty filling and super soft bun surrounding it. Parking was easy, and I thought the prices were fair considering the portion sizes. I definitely look forward to ordering more noodles in the future."

"The broth is flavorful and soothing. Got A2 Beef stew, has more noodles than meat. Others got duck noodle soup and chicken stir fry. 41 is Pan fry pork bun. The pork itself is delicious and the pan fried bun texture is good. But too much bun to meat ratio. Overall average. ... This bothered me a bit. But when we walked in, the staff (younger boys) just pointed at a table from 10ft away... But with so many tables open you can't tell which table. Plus it's the norm for staff to guide you to the table unless it's buffet. It just felt lazy."
