"I love Jersey Mike's and worked at one for a while. The subs are as good here as any JM but the customer service is just kinda weird. I got in touch with a bunch of people about an application they had me write on a guest check and was told they'd get a manager to call me back. That was just the beginning of the journey and no, a manager never called me and I have a different job now."
