"How do you have a bunch of Mexicans running a Louisiana fried chicken restaurant like Popeyes ? Most of them don't really know what they're doing, and they're just collecting paychecks. How can you mess up something as simple as fried chicken..? They should be trained better on how to cook. The overall customer service could be better. The mini manager is rude, and the little guy acts like corporate in-app coupons aren't valid at this location. Again, some of the employees are clueless about what they're doing."
"I came in today to try to redeem a code the guy at counter completely shut me out didn’t even try to redeem it . Very rude staff . I was looking forward to eating some chicken left disappointed. They don’t accept offer rewards code here people if you ever wanna stop DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DIRTY TOO ."
"Some people like for their Chicken Wings to be small; not me. I’ve had wings on Cornish hens bigger than these “Ghost Pepper Wings”. I was still hungry after eating them. I don’t plan on ordering from this Popeyes (in Lenox Square Mall) again the taste wasn’t that good."
